Aviva and the Flying Penguins Opening The Evolver Festival !
On June 7th, Aviva and the Flying Penguins will start off the festivities of the Evolver Fest. at noon. We will be have some tickets to this event to give to some of our members through contests/trivia/etc. We'll keep you all posted. Much Love from A.A.T.F.P.
Aviva's music has been interwoven with Atlanta's healing arts community for over ten years. Born and raised in New York, Aviva's crystalline voice got nurtured in tons of musical theatre and A Capella Group performances throughout college. Aviva's mystical journey took off in Atlanta where she studied massage, homeopathy, breath therapy, Chinese Medicine, primal therapy, and belly dance. It is the spiritual path and connecting with kindred spirits such as Tom Bluewolf and Alice Rose, that inspires her music to come out; intimately sharing her heart and ego struggles while producing an alchemy for the soul. Aviva's music includes the language of Hebrew, Sanskrit, Spanish, Creek Indian, Zulu, and more; which weaves into the songs the reminder of an unspoken connection between all of our spirits.
Aviva has great supporting band(The Flying Penguins) filled with good musicians...that gel well with her style and who back her musically and spiritually. The Flying Penguins consist of; Amber on backing vocals, Andre on drums, MangoWeedge on guitar, Marty on bass, and Simon on African Drum and backing vocals. Though only together for a short period of time...Aviva and the Flying Penguins exude a vibe of a band that has been together for years and seem like family.
